Ken’s a great greeter- he made me feel welcome and expediently got me on my way. The car wash is quick and quite thorough. The vacuums work well and and are also equipped with little air blower hoses that are useful for crevices. There’s an endless supply of free rags for on-site use; if you have water you can get a LOT done with them. There’s a mat washing machine “coming soon” too! The whole place is clean and tidy. All in all, a most pleasant experience.

I went in here one day, paid for a premium wash and because they were busy they had me riding the rollers so close to the car ahead I couldn't see their taillights. The result? I was getting the same wash they paid for since I was riding the same set of rollers they were. I didnt get the premium wash I paid for and half of the features never even turned on. The brushes activated for the car ahead of me then shut off when that car passed the sensors. When my truck passed the sensors it happened so quickly after the last car that the brushes, soap and everything else didnt activate till I was more than half way through. When I went back around with a still dirty truck and explained the situation I was met with attitude and the attendant/manager got angry with me and began shouting "I can't keep doing this all day!" and told me "I'll let you through just this once but that's it!" I'm sorry, did I do something wrong that I need to be lectured? I paid for a service that I didnt receive all I wanted was for my truck to be washed and clean instead of rinsing only the back half. I've been in there several other times without issue but unfortunately this was the experience that sticks in my

Wow! This was an amazing experience! I’ve been washing my car at car washes by myself for decades. First time I got to use a blower tool! I discovered it after vacuuming my car. I blew the dashboard vents- that was okay, I pretty much keep after those on a regular basis. Then I blew my steering wheel…holy cow! So much dust! What was that? Six years of skin and treats I guess! I then proceeded to the underneath part of the front seats. GAME CHANGER! I addressed the gas pedal and break pedal. Needed to vacuum again! What a great addition to a car wash! Highly suggest you get your car washed at Washman!

Didn't know loving your carwash experience was a thing, but going to Washmans Happy Valley is proof that a smile and kindness really does make a difference. Every time I come through here, Jagger and the rest of the crew are so pleasant and genuinely kind that the brief little interaction of paying for my carwash brightens my day. Keep it up, guys. You are amazing!!

I love my one time monthly fee of 24.99 and can go through it any time I wish at any location. I didn’t like the bar code on the window at first, but I love to be able to drive up and there able to scan no questions asked or the computer reads from an overhead scan and opens the gate. Quick and easy. It’s nice having a clean car.
